Honest Automation Celebrates 2026 Sincere Cup Event Warehouse Team Puts Precision and Speed to the Test

Annual skills competition challenges staff with real-world tasks; top performers earn "Pacesetter," "Expert," and "Master" titles

May 19, 2026 — Honest Automation recently wrapped up its 2026 "Sincere Cup" Warehouse Skills Competition, an annual event designed to sharpen the capabilities of its warehouse team. All nine warehouse staff members took part in the full-day contest, which focused on the core principles of precision, accuracy, safety, and sincerity.

By the end of the day, three employees earned top honors—"Warehouse Pacesetter," "Warehouse Expert," and "Warehouse Master"—along with cash prizes and company-wide recognition.

A True Test of Daily Work Skills

As a manufacturer of non-standard customized motor automation equipment, Honest Automation's warehouse operation is defined by high product variety, small batch sizes, and frequent custom orders. To make the competition as realistic as possible, organizers used only everyday components found on the shop floor—including custom screws, non-standard bushings, and easily confused parts. No special materials were purchased for the event.

Staff members competed in three timed, hands-on events:

Incoming material inspection – verifying deliveries against supplier notes

Order picking and issuing – accurately selecting parts from a simulated order list

ERP data entry – inputting delivery information into the Kingdee system

Each participant completed the events individually under the watch of on-site judges and cameras, ensuring full transparency. Final scores were calculated using a weighted formula: 35% for picking, 35% for receiving, and 30% for ERP entry.

How the Competition Unfolded

The action began at 10:10 AM. During the picking challenge, staff had to quickly locate and select 15 non-standard parts, paying close attention to look-alike items. The receiving challenge simulated a supplier delivery: participants checked 12 different parts against a delivery note and had to spot both quantity and specification mismatches.

The afternoon session focused on ERP system skills. Contestants were given a delivery note with 10 items—including part numbers, specifications, quantities, and supplier details—and had to enter everything accurately into the Kingdee ERP system within a set time limit.

A six-member judging panel, drawn from HR, digital information, procurement, production, and warehouse management, independently scored each contestant. The average score determined the final results. Senior representatives including Xiang Hui (Management Director Representative) and Liu Cuiying (Procurement Representative) helped maintain strict and consistent standards throughout the day.

Prizes, Recognition, and Continuous Improvement

The overall winner received the title "Honest Automation Warehouse Pacesetter," a cash prize of 500 RMB, a certificate of honor, and priority consideration for the company's annual Excellent Employee award. The second- and third-place finishers earned the titles "Warehouse Expert" and "Warehouse Master," with cash prizes of 300 RMB and 200 RMB respectively. All participants received a small gift.

Beyond the immediate rewards, winners will have their achievements announced over the company's break-time broadcast, and their certificates will be displayed on the warehouse bulletin board.

Following the competition, the warehouse supervisor led a review session. Common issues identified during the event—such as ERP entry errors and confusion between similar-looking parts—will be addressed through targeted training. Winners will also be invited to share their practical techniques, and their best practices will be formalized into standard warehouse procedures.

Why This Matters for Honest Automation

For Honest Automation, the warehouse is more than a storage space—it is a critical bridge between purchasing, production, and supplier payments. The "Sincere Cup" competition not only tested daily skills but also fostered a healthy "learn, compete, and surpass" culture within the team. It also reinforced the warehouse's ability to meet the unique demands of non-standard, customized equipment manufacturing.

Going forward, the company plans to continue hosting hands-on skills competitions as part of its commitment to continuous improvement—moving steadily toward greater precision, accuracy, safety, and sincerity in every aspect of operations.
