Brushed & BLDC Motor Assembly Solutions
With 19 years of experience in developing customized motor automation systems, HONEST Automation delivers flexible assembly solutions for brushed DC and BLDC motors. Our capabilities range from prototype and process validation to fully automated high-volume manufacturing. Designed around different production capacities and automation levels, our motor assembly systems can be configured for both semi-automatic and fully automatic operation. For high-volume applications, a complete production line can reach cycle times of up to 2 seconds per motor and accommodate more than 40 motor variants. Depending on the production setup, only 1–2 operators may be required for material loading and unloading.
