AI-Driven Smart Manufacturing | SIMA Delegation Visits HONEST Automation

SIMA’s delegation visits HONEST Automation to explore advancements in AI-driven smart manufacturing, industrial automation, and process optimization.

On-Site Visit: From Technology to Application

Last week, the Shenzhen Intelligent Manufacturing Association (SIMA) organized a delegation to HONEST Automation, gathering industry experts and member companies to examine how artificial intelligence enhances smart manufacturing efficiency. The visit showcased the company’s leadership in industrial automation, flexible production systems, and AI-powered process optimization.

The delegation toured HONEST Automation’s exhibition hall and R&D center, gaining insight into core technologies, global strategy, and automation solutions. From intelligent equipment for new energy vehicles to humanoid robotics and low-altitude aircraft, the visit highlighted the company’s expertise in digitalized production systems.

At the production facilities, participants observed hairpin stator assembly and automated manufacturing processes. By integrating process engineering with AI algorithms, HONEST Automation optimizes key steps such as insertion, twisting, and welding. Continuous data collection supports ongoing process improvement, building an evolving knowledge base rather than relying solely on fixed programming.

Focused Discussion: AI in Industrial Transformation

Delegates engaged in an in-depth discussion on AI applications in industrial manufacturing. HONEST Automation’s founder shared the company’s strategic vision, while industry experts analyzed the transition of AI from consumer applications to industrial deployment.

Participants emphasized that successful AI implementation requires bridging technology, process, and application gaps. Single-point solutions are insufficient; industrial chain collaboration is essential.

Building Consensus and Moving Forward

The visit marked a step toward industry collaboration. Both sides agreed to strengthen technical exchanges and foster joint innovation. Moving forward, the focus will be on accelerating AI adoption in industrial scenarios and developing scalable, competitive smart manufacturing solutions.
