The winding machine adopts flying fork winding method, and adopts independent shaft to line up the wire ensuring the flatness of the wire.It adopts Panasonic PLC controller, and Panasonic servo motor. The X,Y and Z axes insert terminal,the X,Y,Z and S axes decide the direction and wind from one part to another part together, and the U axis line up the wire alone.
