It is consisted of 19 equipments. The convoy method adopt transfer line and ship board with circle layout. Fully utilize data tracing, visual inspection, depth inspection, upper material identify, material mix identify, assembly lack identify, assembly direction identify, pressure monitor, displacement monitor and other process to reach the effect of the fool and mistake proof. The assembly line mainly contains upper and lower insluation cover assembly, clip welding, magnetic steel inserting, rotor and end cover assembly, signal magnetic steel inserting, screw, back EMF, current and RPM testing.
