From November 6 to 8, 2024, Shenzhen HONEST Intelligent Equipments Co., Ltd. was invited to participate in the 2024 South China International Automobile Manufacturing Technology, Equipment and Materials Exhibition held at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center (Bao'an New Hall).
Founded in 2007, HONEST is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of intelligent equipment, and provides a total solution provider of digital and intelligent motor equipment for domestic and foreign new energy vehicles, automotive electric parts, rail transportation, aviation, home appliances, industry, robotics and other industries. At the exhibition, the HONEST booth attracted many domestic and foreign exhibitors and industry experts to stop and exchange ideas. Among them, the welding method of the new energy X-pin and the fixing method of the stator of the brushless EPS motor attracted much attention.
HONEST Intelligent on-site personnel introduced that the company's X-pin and Hairpin can be produced in common, which can reduce the cost of changeover and production. For the fixed stator of the brushless EPS motor, there are a series of professional measures, including the selection of appropriate welding technology such as laser welding or ultrasonic welding to ensure the firm connection of the stator, the use of high-temperature resistant insulation materials to ensure the normal operation of the stator at high temperature, and the implementation of strict quality control in the production process, which reflects the product technology advantages and customers' pursuit of high-quality motor production equipment.
