The rotor is the core component of the blower motor, composed of multiple blades. When the motor drives the rotor to rotate, the blades draw in and compress air, then discharge the compressed air through the outlet. This process is continuously repeated to achieve continuous gas transportation.

 

Key Process Steps in Rotor Assembly:

 

A.Rotor Housing Loading Machine

 

1.Intelligent Material Conveying: Equipped with AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) carts for the precise loading of thermoformed trays into the material bins, ensuring high efficiency and continuity in the logistics flow.

 

2.Efficient Vision Guidance System: The robotic arm, in conjunction with the vision guidance system, achieves automatic and precise material picking, significantly enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of rotor material feeding.

 

3.Precise Positioning and Feeding: During rotation, the casing is accurately fed onto the high-speed chain tray through an accurate positioning system,

 

B.Rotor Pressing Machine for Inner Liner

 

1.Automated Feeding: Through the design of clamping claws and the use of vibration bowl technology, the automatic feeding of the rotor housing and inner liner is achieved, ensuring high efficiency in the feeding process.

 

2.Spring-Loaded Floating Guiding Pin Design: During the process of pressing the inner liner into the iron shell, the guiding pin uses a spring floating design to provide the necessary guidance, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the pressing process.

 

3.Automatic Rejection of Defective Products: The system has an automatic rejection function for defective products. Once the number of faulty products reaches a set threshold, the system will automatically send an alarm and handle it.

 

C.Rotor Shaft Pressing Machine

 

1.Intelligent Material Storage Management: The rotor shaft material storage is designed with a one-hour storage capacity and is equipped with a material shortage alarm reminder function. Ensuring the timeliness and continuity of material supply during the production process.

 

2.Batch Management: Material batches are tracked and managed by scanning batch codes manually.

 

3.Vision Inspection and Adjustment: Before feeding, the shaft is inspected for the correct orientation through a photo check. The system automatically detects and rotates to adjust the incorrect orientation, ensuring the correctness of the material direction.

 

D.Iron Shell End Face Runout Tester

 

1.Automated Feeding and Flipping: The rotor assembly is precisely grasped by an automated robotic arm and flipped 90 degrees for loading onto the test station.

 

2.Precise Positioning and Testing: The ends of the rotor shaft are secured in V-blocks, and the casing is made to rotate by belt friction. The end-face runout of the casing is tested using a displacement sensor, ensuring product quality.

 

E.Housing Glue Machine

 

1.Automatic Glue Supply: The system is equipped with an automatic glue supply system that provides a stable supply of glue as needed, ensuring the continuity and uniformity of the glue application process.

 

2.Precise Glue Quantity Control: The amount of glue can be controlled within a range of 2.0g ± 0.4g, achieving precise glue quantity control through a precise control system.

 

3.Adjustable Glue Application Speed, Time, and Angle: Based on actual process requirements, the speed, time, and angle of glue application can be adjusted to meet different gluing needs.

 

4.Adjustable Glue Temperature: With an integrated temperature control system, the temperature of the glue can be adjusted according to the properties and process requirements of the glue, ensuring its fluidity and adhesive performance.

 

F.Magnet Tile Bonding Machine

 

1.Magnet Tile Assembly and Inspection: Magnet tiles are assembled into a pre-assembly mold with expansion, and automatic detection of missing magnet tiles is performed by sensors, ensuring that each magnet tile is correctly installed.

 

2.Assembly of Magnet Tiles and Rotor Casing: During the assembly process of the rotor casing and magnet tiles, the magnet tiles are pressed against the rotor casing using an expansion jig, forming a stable assembly structure.

 

G.High-Frequency Curing & Cooling Machine

 

1.Automatic Module Transplantation: The module with assembled magnets is automatically transplanted to the high-frequency heating station, a process that does not require manual intervention, improving efficiency.

 

2.High-frequency Heating Curing: The module is cured on the high-frequency heating station using external heating from high-frequency coils, a process that ensures a secure bond between the magnets and the rotor casing.

 

3.Forced Cooling After Curing: After curing, the module enters the forced cooling phase, reducing the temperature to below 80°C, ensuring the stability of the curing effect.

 

4.Demolding of Expansion Magnet Jig: After cooling, the expansion magnet jig is automatically returned for demolding, facilitating the next process.

 

5.Cooling Tunnel Furnace Cooling: The demolded rotor assembly is automatically transported to the cooling tunnel furnace for cooling, ensuring uniform temperature of the rotor assembly to meet subsequent temperature requirements.

 

H.Rotor Dynamic Balancing Test Machine

 

1.Weight Reduction Balancing Test and Trimming: The rotor undergoes weight reduction balancing tests and trimming on a fully automatic five-station balancing machine, ensuring that the rotor balance meets the standards.

 

2.Debris Collection: Debris generated during the trimming process are collected to maintain a clean working environment.

 

3.Balancing Positioning: During the balance test, the rotor is positioned using the shaft's outer diameter and process holes to ensure accurate positioning without any wobble. The test uses a clamp to fix the shaft for rotation and measurement, ensuring the precision of the measurement.

 

I.Magnet Thrust, Height, and Rotor Inner Diameter Test Machine

 

1.Applying Rated Thrust to Test Adhesive Strength: In the adhesive strength test, the system applies rated thrust to simulate the load conditions in actual work, ensuring that the rotor's adhesive quality meets the design standards.

 

2.Single Piece and Rotational Testing: Each magnet tile is tested individually and rotationally to ensure the integrity and consistency of the magnet tiles.

 

3.Internal Diameter Base Check for Rotor Inner Diameter: A specialized internal diameter base is used to precisely measure the inner diameter of the rotor, ensuring that the inner diameter dimensions meet the process requirements.

 

J.Rotor Magnetization & Flux Detection Machine

 

1.Automatic Dust Removal for Rotor: Before magnetization, the rotor surface is cleaned by an automatic dust removal device to remove dust and impurities, ensuring the effectiveness of magnetization.

 

2.Rotor Lifting and Pressing into the Magnetization Machine: The rotor is smoothly pressed into the magnetization machine through a precise lifting mechanism, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the magnetization process.

 

3.Post-Magnetization Flux Detection: After magnetization is completed, the system automatically performs a flux detection to check whether the magnetic performance of the rotor meets the predetermined standards.

 

K.Rotor Loading and Unloading Buffer Machine

 

1.Selective Shielding Function of Equipment: This allows the equipment to be compatible with both the loading and unloading of rotors on a pallet, ensuring flexibility and compatibility in the production process.

 

2.Full Pallet Alert and AGV Cart Replacement: The system intelligently alerts the full pallet status, and the AGV cart automatically replaces the pallet based on the alert, saving manpower and improving work efficiency.

 

3.Process Stoppage and Buffer Machine: When the downstream process needs to stop, the buffer machine can store pallets by switching programs; when the upstream process needs to stop, the buffer machine can automatically load to ensure continuous production and avoid material waste.
